Set of six beautifully preserved soup spoons from the second half of the 19th century.
All spoons feature an engraved monogram with the capital letter M. They share a similar – possibly identical – shape and were most likely matched into one set by the original owner of the monogram.
The hallmarks vary slightly: four spoons carry the same hallmark, while the remaining two each have different marks.
