Ülle Rajasalu is an Estonian ceramic artist known for refined Nordic forms and nature‑toned glazes. During her career she created author collections and limited‑edition consumer designs for the historic ARS art factory; her iconic 1986 “Naise pea” (Woman’s Head) sculpture remains an enduring favourite.
The 1990s marked Estonia’s second renewed independence—a period of great experimentation and rediscovery of the scent of freedom.
